- We begin with breaking news this morning. Police have broken up a large crowd of about 150 people in north Philadelphia. Video from the Citizens app here shows officers on the corner of Front Street and Allegheny Avenue around 2 o'clock this morning. They reported that objects were being thrown at them. It's still unclear what led to the crowd here gathering at that corner. But there are no reports of any serious injuries. We'll keep you up to date.
