Police Charge Teen In Connection To Non-Fatal Shooting In Columbia

A 15-year-old was arrested and charged as an adult in connection to a non-fatal shooting in Columbia earlier this month.

- [INAUDIBLE], thank you. New at 5:00, Howard County Police have now charged a teenager in connection to a shooting in Colombia that sent another teen to the hospital. A 15-year-old is charged as an adult with attempted first degree murder and other crimes. Police say earlier this month, the victim, who is also 15 years old, and a relative of the suspect was on a trail behind Brett Lane when he was shot in the torso. He's still recovering at shock trauma. Investigators say the two had an ongoing dispute and agreed to meet to resolve their disagreement when the shooting happened.
