Police chief, lieutenant help to clean graffiti off Rockdale County building
A metro police chief and lieutenant went above the call of duty to make sure their community stayed safe and clean.

The Conyers Police Department said residents driving past the old Auto Plus Auto Parts store on Northlake Drive may have noticed some things out of the ordinary.
Officials said that someone sprayed gang graffiti on the back of the building.

According to the department, last Friday Chief Scott Freeman and Lt. Norton made a quick stop at the store and covered up the gang graffiti.
Police said the graffiti was an ‘eyesore for the area.’
The department said gang graffiti in the city of Conyers will not be allowed.
