Police have identified a man who died in a single-car crash on I-95 early Sunday.
Amani Chambe, 24, of North Providence, R.I. was behind the wheel of a 2016 Nissan Altima that spun sideways and struck a guardrail on the driver’s side, police said.
The crash happened on the southbound side of the highway in Foxborough.
Troopers arrived at the scene around 4:45 a.m. and found Chambe suffering from serious injuries. He was later pronounced dead.
Chambe was the only person in the car at the time of the crash.
Two lanes on I-95 South were closed for more than two hours Sunday morning.
