Police identify driver and victim involved in pursuit ending in fatal crash
The Maryland Attorney General's Office is investigating a fatal crash in Roland Park late Saturday night. Just before midnight Saturday, officers were alerted by a license plate reader that a wanted vehicle was in the area. Police attempted a traffic stop, but the driver, Daniel Moss, 58, of Westminster, took off and ultimately crashed, killing his wife, Linda Moss, 74, of Westminster, who was a passenger, police said. A mess of car parts littered Roland Avenue. Residents shared their accounts of the event.
