Police identify Navy sailors injured in Frederick shootings
An investigation continues as authorities released a photo of the suspect who they said was killed Tuesday after shooting two Navy sailors. Frederick police, in coordination with Fort Detrick, the FBI and other agencies, continue to investigate Tuesday morning's active shooter incident. The suspect, identified as Fantahun Girma Woldesenbet, 38, of Frederick, was shot and killed by Fort Detrick's civilian military police after he initially shot two people in the 8400 Block of Progress Drive and then drove onto Fort Detrick, authorities said.
