Police issue silver alert for missing Saco woman

Nov. 19—The Saco Police Department issued a silver alert Saturday for a woman who was last seen at the Maine Mall on Friday evening.

Victoria Rich is 24 years old and has intellectual disabilities, according to a news release from Shannon Moss, spokesperson for the Maine Department of Public Safety. She was dropped off at the South Portland mall and does not have a car, and she was last seen at approximately 8 p.m. at J.C. Penny.

Police described Rich as a white woman with brown hair and brown eyes, 5 feet 4 inches tall, 150 pounds. The news release did not include a description of her clothing.
