Reid Judd, 64, of 11 Grand St., Apt. #2, was charged with misuse of 911 emergency line.

Norwich

Redman Ruiz, 29, of 72 N. Main St., Apt #1, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Jamal McWilliams, 52, of 120 Cliff St., was charged Friday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cozette Bickham, 64, of 143 Rockwell St., No. 1, was charged Sunday with breach of peace, third-degree assault, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree burglary.

State police — Montville

Daniel Mudd, 34, of 174 Route 164, Preston, was charged with five counts of illegal discharge of a firearm, carrying a firearm while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, interfering with an officer, second-degree breach of peace and six counts of first-degree reckless endangerment.

Bert Coppotelli, 78, of 174 Rte. 164, Preston, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court.

New London

Jerel Hayes, 36, of 47 Mountain Ave., was charged with driving a motor vehicle with a suspended license and ignoring a stop sign.

Moncito Santana, 75, of 168 Third Ave., was charged Saturday with evading responsibility and driving a motor vehicle without a license.
