Aug. 3—Norwich

Jasmine R. Hunter, 35, of 31 Avery St. was charged July 25 with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of possession of narcotics.

Carisa L. Glover, 44, of 118 Cedar St. was charged Monday with five counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Malcolm A. Simmons, 29, of 281 Norwich Ave. was charged Monday with third-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace.

Moussay V. Ortiz, 46, of 77 Fourth St. was charged Sunday with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tiffany B. Neilson, 22, of 57 Eleventh St. was charged Sunday with possession of narcotics and possession of a controlled substance.

Dajah D. Temple, 24, of 43 Union St., #4, was charged Tuesday with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Salahadin R. Surur-Hill, 22, of 310 Mitchell St., #1, Groton, was charged Tuesday with interfering with a police officer and violation of probation.

Brian P. Hahnel, 35, of 16 Laurel Point Drive, Oakdale, was charged Tuesday with violation of a criminal protective order.

State police ― Montville

Kyle Hogan, 29, of 646 Lantern Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Monday in North Stonington with second-degree criminal mischief.

Francisco Moreno, 33, of 236 Crystal Ave., New London, was charged Saturday in Preston with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving with a suspended license, failure to drive right and smoking cannabis while operating a motor vehicle.

Jesse Nisbet, 33, of Plainfield, was charged July 27 in Norwich with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Stonington

Nicholas J. Thwaite, 31, of Somerset, Mass., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, following too closely, distracted driving and failure to drive right.

Michael A. Gill, 39, of 89 Elderkin Avenue, Groton, was charged Monday with third-degree larceny and issuing a bad check.

Robert L. Mitchell, 46, of 63 Cross St., Westerly, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace and criminal violation of a protective order.

Waterford

Daniel Park, 27, of Farmington, was charged Monday with third-degree larceny.

Elizabeth Greene, 35, of 47 Park Avenue Extension, Uncasville, was charged Monday with use of drug paraphernalia and fourth-degree larceny.
