Police: Man’s dead body found in water in Norfolk

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — The Norfolk Police Department is investigating a man’s death after a his body was found in the water in the 8500 block of Culfor Crescent in Norfolk.

The call came in around 12:30 p.m.
