Arrest warrant issued in murder of Yale grad student

New Haven police had previously only named Pan as a person of interest in the fatal Feb. 6 shooting.

- Cops also now identifying who they're looking for tonight as a person of interest in the murder of a Yale grad student. His name, Qinxuan Pan. Two warrants now out for his arrest. But those involved, a stolen car. Those are the crimes so far. 26-year-old Kevin Jiang shot and killed on Saturday. In addition to being an Ivy League student he was an army vet and newly engaged as well. By the way, both his fiance and Pan are graduates of MIT.
