Police officers indicted in 2 separate cases
The Baltimore City State's Attorney's Office announced indictments of two city police officers in separate cases. Baltimore City State's Attorney Ivan Bates on Thursday, along with his Public Trust and Police Integrity Unit, announced the indictments of Officers Cejus Watson and Alexis Acosta in separate cases. Bates said a grand jury indicted Watson on theft and misconduct in office charges that stem from allegations that he sold marijuana while on duty. Bates said a grand jury indicted Acosta on multiple charges in connection with a June 2022 crash that killed Terry Harrell, 58.
