Police Release Footage of One-Punch Attack on Man in Sydney, Australia
Police released footage on November 26, showing a one-punch assault of a man in Sydney’s Central Business District, on Saturday, November 23.
The footage shows two men walking down Park Street at around 2.30 am, when another man can be seen running up and striking one of the men from behind. The suspect then flees the scene.
“The man was unconscious for several minutes as members of the public rendered assistance and contacted emergency services,” New South Wales Police said in an email alert to media.
The victim was taken to hospital suffering severe facial injuries and concussion, police said.
Officers commenced an investigation and released footage of a man they believe could assist with inquiries.
