Police release video to help learn who let the dog out ... and stole it?

There’s no question to Miami police who let the dog out? The suspect in the dog theft is right there on surveillance video.

The alleged dognapper’s name is what cops are seeking in releasing a video clip from the Feb. 26 theft.

A resident in the 1400 block of Northwest 29th Street said the video was from 7 a.m. that day. A black SUV parks near a yard with a fence and a gate. A woman gets out and eventually returns to the SUV with a dog on a restraint. She puts the dog in the SUV.

The woman in the video is described by police as white, age 30 to 55, with black hair. She was wearing a pink T-shirt, black leggings and white socks with her flip flops.
