Police: Robbers Use Zip Ties, Gun To Steal $28K In Cash From Washington County Restaurant

Charges have been filed after robbers allegedly used zip ties and a gun to steal $28,000 from a Washington County restaurant nearly a year ago.

- A man linked to the robbery of a restaurant here is now linked to similar incidents in at least four other states. Police say Nelson Sauceda-Nunez stole more than $28,000 from the Grand China Buffet in South Strabane in 2019. US Marshals arrested him last summer and sent him to jail in Kentucky. And since then, investigators say they've found that cell phone data and DNA tie him to the South Strabane robbery.
