Police searching for driver after Springfield man falls, dies from moving minivan

A Springfield man died early Friday morning after falling from a moving minivan, and police are searching for the driver.

Gary Barlow, 46, reportedly clung to the side of a dark-colored minivan traveling north on Kansas Expressway following an unspecified disturbance. When the vehicle approached an Interstate 44 ramp, police said Barlow fell and later died from his injuries at a Springfield hospital.

Springfield Police said they're still trying to locate the driver and encourage anyone to with information to make an anonymous call to Crime Stoppers at t 417-869-TIPS (8477) or online at p3tips.com.
