Police seek missing 13-year-old Las Cruces boy
UPDATE: The Las Cruces Police Department reports that Xavier Hernandez has been located and returned home. The LCPD notification was sent at 1 p.m. June 28, 2022.
LAS CRUCES - Las Cruces police are asking for the public’s help locating a 13-year-old boy who has been reported missing and could be in danger if not located soon, according to a news release from the Las Cruces Police Department.
Xavier Hernandez was last seen about 4:30 a.m. Saturday, June 11, on the 2300 block of Dr. King Way in Las Cruces. His whereabouts and mode of transportation are unknown.
Hernandez is 5-feet-9-inches tall and weighs approximately 150 pounds. He has black hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing torn blue jeans, a white shirt with red roses and black Champion slides. Hernandez has a tattoo of a baby angel on his right forearm and tattoos with distinctive lettering on his knuckles.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of 13-year-old Xavier Hernandez is asked to immediately call police at 575-526-0795.
