Police: Stalled vehicle in OKC leads to deadly shooting Monday
An altercation between two men at a stalled vehicle Monday evening in south Oklahoma City ended with a fatal shooting, police say.
Officers were called to SE 43 and High Avenue at 6:22 p.m., where they found Felipe Palacios dead, according to a press release.

Investigators were told Palacios and a friend were driving through that area when their car broke down. Another man driving in the same area reportedly became upset the disabled vehicle was blocking the road, witnesses said.
Palacios and the driver of the second vehicle exchanged words before the driver produced a gun and shot and killed Palacios before fleeing the scene, police said.
As officers were interviewing witnesses, the alleged shooter returned to the scene and surrendered.
The man was arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County jail on a murder complaint. The Oklahoman is not naming him because he had not been officially charged as of Tuesday morning.
Police asked anyone with information about the incident to contact the department's Homicide Tip-Line at 405-297-1200.
