A teenager is dead and a Baltimore City police officer is in custody Wednesday after he became combative with officers who responded to a call for a child custody dispute in Curtis Bay, Anne Arundel County police said. Police said officers were called just before 5 p.m. Tuesday to the 1400 block of Stoney Point Way in Curtis Bay to meet with a complainant regarding a child custody dispute. A mother was in the area to pick up her teenage son who had been with the stepfather. Initially, officers were told by the stepfather that the 15-year-old left the house, leaving his belongings behind.
