Polish Foreign Ministry fires all Moscow-educated employees
Rau argues that the Moscow State Institute of International Relations was an instrument in promoting of Russian imperialism.

“It was part of the Soviet soft power; graduates were supposed to serve and propagate that imperial thinking,” Rau said.
The minister noted that diplomats who graduated from the Moscow institute were fired two months ago.

“We managed to complete a very important process that is part of decommunization, in a broad sense,” he stated.
“It started with the lustration laws.”
