Broward County’s best athletes delivered more clutch performances move closer to the postseason for the winter sports.

This week, we resume a weekly feature where we ask you to vote for the best performer of the week in Broward County high school sports.

Below is a look at the five candidates from last week’s action. Take our poll below to cast your vote. The poll will be open until Thursday, Jan. 18, around 10 p.m.

Here are the candidates from last week’s events:

Jeremy Elyzee, Pembroke Pines Charter, boys’ basketball: Elyzee combined for 65 points and 30 rebounds in wins over Everglades, Cooper City and Miami Norland last week.

Harry Gelin, South Plantation, boys’ basketball: Gelin combined for 74 points and 24 rebounds in wins over Piper, Deerfield Beach and Hialeah Educational and a loss to Western.

Lily O’Neil, Fort Lauderdale, girls’ soccer: O’Neil had nine saves to help the Flying L’s shut out West Broward 1-0.

Annabelle Rhodes, Chaminade, girls’ soccer: Rhodes scored all five goals in a 5-2 win over Hollywood Hills.
