Poll shows high approval ratings for Hogan, Biden down in Maryland

Part 1 of the latest Goucher College Poll released Tuesday morning asked Maryland residents their views on several statewide issues. Gov. Larry Hogan has a little over a year left in office, and 68% of the people polled think he's doing a good job. With that, 59% think the state is heading in the right direction and a little more than half think the state's economy is doing well.
