Sand Rock's Jacob St.Clair wins Gadsden area athlete of the week for Nov. 22-28

Sand Rock's Jacob St. Clair has won The Gadsden Times player of the week poll for Nov. 22-28. He also won the honors for Nov. 8-15.

St. Clair scored 56 points in a 95-84 victory over Asbury in the Geraldine boys basketball tournament. He shot 21 of 21 from the free-throw line and hit five 3-pointers. He added 16 points and seven assists in a 75-68 boys basketball victory over DAR.

He won 64.44% of the vote. Sardis' Jayda Lacks was second with 26.03% of the vote.
