Pollster: Some Trump voters not reflected in polls

The man who runs the Marquette University Law School poll says state polls were off this election because President Donald Trump's supporters declined to respond to surveys. (Nov. 11)

- So on the one hand, we're way better than we were in 2016 when we had Clinton up by six. Trump won by just under one. So we had a full seven-point error and the wrong winner in 2016. This time, we have the right winner, and we're off by three or four, depending on turnout. We are missing some small set of Trump supporters, who are not necessarily Republicans but who are declining to take part in the survey systematically.
