Pop-Up Food Distribution Event Set-Up by Harris County Commissioner and Houston Food Bank

Harris County Precinct 2 Commissioner Adrian Garcia partnered with Houston Food Bank to organize pop-up food distribution on Tuesday, February 23, in Barrett, Texas, after a severe storm left thousands of residents without utilities, food, and water.

Footage released by the Harris County Commissioner Precinct 2 shows a team of staff members and volunteers unloading supplies as the event started on Tuesday morning.
