The Pop-Tarts And Good Humor Ice Cream Bars Are Officially Available Nationwide

Back in January we caught wind that Good Humor and Pop-Tarts were teaming up to create the brown sugar cinnamon ice cream pop of our dreams. Well, the time has finally come and these ice creams are officially out on shelves nationwide.
A spokesperson for Good Humor told Delish that "Good Humor Pop-Tarts Frozen Dessert Bars combine creamy vanilla flavored frozen dairy dessert with a rich cinnamon core, topped with a coating of brown sugar cinnamon crumbles to create one crunchy, creamy bar of goodness."
The bars come in 6-count boxes that go for around $3.49 each, although prices may vary a bit depending on your location. I'm sold!

Remember those pink strawberry shortcake bars with the crumbly cake bits on the outside? Sure you do—they're practically synonymous with childhood. Well, they're getting a bit of a makeover thanks to a collab with another one of your childhood favorites: brown sugar cinnamon Pop-Tarts flavor. The nostalgia is real, eh?
Pop-Tarts teamed up with Good Humor, the brand that makes all of the iconic ice cream pops on an ice cream truck menu, for this collaboration, and let me tell you I am H-Y-P-E-D. This product is basically the perfect mix of my childhood breakfast and dessert faves.
The new ice cream bar has the same crunchy looking outside, except instead of the strawberry shortcake bits, it looks as if it was rolled around in crushed-up brown sugar cinnamon Pop-Tarts. The inside of the bar is layered vanilla ice cream and what appears to be cinnamon ice cream.
Just like the well-known strawberry shortcake version, the crunchy outside coating is probably the best part, which separates this pop from just crushing up Pop-Tarts as a sundae topping. Having the contrast between crunchy and creamy ice cream center is what makes me so excited about this mash-up.
As of right now, the brown sugar cinnamon Pop-Tarts bar is listed on Good Humor's site, but there is no price attached to it yet. It's probably safe to assume that the bars will come in the same six-count boxes as the brand's other ice cream treats. There's also a store locator option so you can look up where you can buy Pop-Tarts bars near you. Maybe if you're lucky, these babies will hit ice cream truck menus, too!
