A popular Charlotte Greek spot and a new ramen restaurant will open in StoneCrest
Two new restaurants are joining the busy StoneCrest at Piper Glen development in Charlotte: Illios Crafted Greek and Ramen Bar Kazoku.
Illios Crafted Greek, a fast-casual restaurant known for serving Mediterranean classics including lamb, gyro pita, falafel and more, is slated to open within a few weeks.
“Look for your new location at Stonecrest at Piper Glen opening mid May!” the restaurant announced via Instagram.
Ramen Bar Kazoku is also on the way, as well. The restaurant — tucked between Dish it Out and Jersey Mike’s near Michael’s — will serve traditional-style Japanese ramen and steamed buns, along with sake, cocktails and draft beer.
The changing shopping center will also welcome a previously-reported new location of The Office Craft Bar and Kitchen, which got its start in nearby Indian Land. The restaurant is slated to open this summer in the former Dean & DeLuca space, serving shareables such as nachos, dips and wings, along with burgers, salads and pizzas in a family friendly atmosphere.
