Two new dining options and a hotel are considering moving to the city, and all are eyeing Dixon Boulevard.
Although in the early stages, check out these four new businesses in the works:
Casa Azul, 2025 E. Dixon Blvd.
The former Denny’s near Cleveland Mall has sat vacant for several years, but it is now undergoing renovations. Godfrey said they are waiting on a site plan submission to review.
According to TownePlace Suites, a brand operated by Marriott International, the hotel has full kitchens and is pet-friendly.
McAlister’s Deli and AFC Urgent Care, 1315 E. Dixon Blvd.
