The Forum at 1125 Military Cutoff Road has been acquired by CenterSquare Investment Management in an effort to target what they call “Essential Service Retail” centers in strong submarkets.

The 105,785-square-foot property sees around 39,000 vehicles per day, according to a news release from CenterSquare.

The company touted that the shopping center is 100% occupied. Current tenants include True Blue Butcher, Club Pilates, UPS, Jimmy John’s, Chop’t, Osteria Cicchetti, Dunkin’ Donuts and Bento Box.

This marks CenterSquare’s 15th service property purchase in the Southeast and 37th nationwide.

According to its website, CenterSquare is “a real asset manager focused on listed real estate, private real estate equity and private real estate debt investments, accessed via U.S. and global strategies.” The company is based in Pennsylvania.
