That's likely the first thing you'll notice in these images of the Porsche Taycan's interior: Lots and lots of screens.

The Taycan, Porsche's first all-electric sports car, will officially be unveiled on September 4, and — aside from concept images — we still don't know how it looks from the outside. But now, Porsche has shared several images of the car's interior, as well as the philosophy behind its design. 

The basic variant of the car will have three screens: A 16.8-inch curved screen with the instrument cluster, a 10.9-inch infotainment display in the middle, and an 8.4-inch touchscreen with haptic feedback in the centre console.
