A range of other festivities were also scheduled for the reopening of the mall's anchor store.

Guests and customers can expect Port Charlotte Town Center associates to continue the celebration with special events including two fashion shows, multiple giveaways, contests, and brand expert appearances. (Customers who want a shot at winning prizes from the chest must speak to a Dillard's associate for a special that could open a treasure chest in the store.)
