Please tell us a little bit about your family and what you enjoy in your downtime.

We have four beautiful daughters: Lauren (a dental hygienist), Lindsay (studying physical therapy at Cleveland State University), Hannah (a medical assistant), and Abby (studying nursing at the University of Akron). We are currently planning two of our daughters' weddings and are excited to be gaining two sons Zane and Sean.

In our free time, we enjoy family get-togethers, hosting parties, hunting and woodworking.

What brands and types of appliances do you service?

We service all brands, however, not commercial appliances. Specialties items are refrigerators, ranges, stoves, microwaves, dishwashers, washers, and dryers.

What skills set you apart from other appliance repair businesses?

Our customer service is based on being friendly, honest and reliable.

We enjoy the challenges of figuring out the problem and making it so our customers don’t have to purchase new ones unless necessary. Often, issues with your appliances can be something simple and easily fixed.

Older appliances tend to be built better and maybe not as complex as what you may purchase as a replacement. Sometimes the more multifaceted; the more maintenance issues you run into.

In addition, we find familiarity plays a key especially with family members using the appliances. This is seen mainly with ovens, ranges or stoves. You already know how it works, the accuracy of your cooking times and more.

Too, with repairing instead of buying new, you are most likely supporting a local small business owner.

What would you like to highlight for us?

Some of you may remember the old Maytag commercials from the 1970s and 1980s featuring the Maytag Repairman. He was perpetually a lonely worker because the Maytag washers and dryers of that era lasted so long, and no one ever called him for help. We understand that isn’t always the case today and that is why we are here to make those issues easier for you to navigate.

We are excited to be offering appliance repair to the community. It is something we have wanted to do for a long time. C&J Appliance Repair Service looks forward to many years of being the business you call when finding yourself with an appliance not working properly. In most cases, we can bring the appliance back to life, and satisfied customers are our priority.
