Portland concert calendar: Fall Out Boy, Marc Anthony, The Kills to tour in February

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — From Oakland rapper Too $hort to rock band Fall Out Boy, a myriad of artists is set to headline shows in the Rose City throughout February.

Here are seven of the month’s can’t-miss concerts.

Calm start to February, averages trend warmer and drier around Portland

BabyTron – 2 Mega U.S. Tour

When: Friday, Feb. 2 at 8 p.m.
Where: Roseland Theater, 8 NW 6th Ave, Portland, OR 97209

Michigan-born rapper BabyTron is hitting the road in support of his “MegaTron 2.” Released in October 2023, the album features multiple other rappers including Soulja Boy, Riff Raff and Luh Tyler. BabyTron’s upcoming Portland show will have more special guests.

The Kills – God Games Tour

When: Monday, Feb. 5 at 8 p.m.
Where: Revolution Hall, 1300 SE Stark St #203, Portland, OR 97214

The Kills dropped their first new record in seven years last fall. Now, the indie-rock duo is bringing it to the stage for the first time. The official tour setlist hasn’t been announced, but concertgoers can expect tracks that span the group’s 20-plus-year career.

Too $hort

When: Friday, Feb. 9 at 8 p.m.
Where: Roseland Theater, 8 NW 6th Ave, Portland, OR 97209

Although Too $hort has recently pivoted to the film industry, the West Coast rapper will perform some of his most popular tracks at the Roseland Theater. He’s best known for his 2006 single “Blow the Whistle.”

Mahalia – In Real Life Tour

When: Wednesday, Feb. 21 at 8 p.m.
Where: Roseland Theater, 8 NW 6th Ave, Portland, OR 97209

Soon after being nominated for two Brit Awards, British songstress Mahalia will begin her North American tour that backs her summer 2023 album “IRL.” Listeners are most familiar with Mahalia’s breakup hits “What You Did” and “I Wish I Missed My Ex.”

Marc Anthony – Historia Tour 2024

When: Wednesday, Feb. 21 at 8 p.m.
Where: Moda Center, 1 N Center Ct St, Portland, OR 97227

Latin-American musician Marc Anthony, who’s also the highest-selling salsa artist of all time, will perform his hit-filled discography at this highly-anticipated arena show.

Pink Sweat$ – Acoustic Tour 2024

When: Friday, Feb. 23 at 8 p.m.
Where: Wonder Ballroom, 128 NE Russell St, Portland, OR 97212

R&B singer David Bowden, who performs under the name Pink Sweat$, is embarking on an acoustic tour so supporters can hear tracks like “Honesty” and “At My Worst” in an intimate setting. He told fans, “I’m excited to finally be able to share my heart with you all, up close, raw, and personal.”

Fall Out Boy – So Much For (2our) Dust

When: Wednesday, Feb. 28 at 6:30 p.m.
Where: Moda Center, 1 N Center Ct St, Portland, OR 97227

Portland is Fall Out Boy’s first stop on the rock band’s joint tour with Jimmy Eat World. The rockstars could perform everything from early 200s hits such as “Sugar, We’re Going’ Down” and “Thnks Fr the Mmrs” to recent releases from their “So Much (For) Stardust” album.
