Portland Residents Ski in Snow-Covered Streets as Severe Winter Weather Grips Oregon

Residents of Portland, Oregon, skied in the city’s streets on February 13 as the city received several inches of snow amid severe winter weather in the state.

Portland had almost under eight inches of snow on the ground early in the morning, according to the National Weather Service.

Frozen roads and blowing snow forced the closure of some major roads in the state.
