Postal service jobs in delivery, customer service open in NJ. Find the nearest job fair

More than two-thirds of U.S. Postal Service workers in New Jersey are now eligible for retirement, so there are hundreds of those jobs up for grabs throughout the Garden State.

Most of the positions to be filled are delivery and customer service and come with benefits. The minimum salary is just over $19 an hour with raises every two years.

To attract candidates, the Postal Service is hosting job fairs this week in multiple locations throughout the state. Alternatively, people can apply online through the USPS jobs portal. People who apply now might get hired as soon as the end of December.

Applicants interested in mail carrier positions must have a driver’s license, a safe driving record and at least two years of experience driving passenger cars or larger.

The postal service is searching for new employees in New Jersey. Job fairs are happening this week, but you can apply online as well.
