An updated timeline for restoring power was released by Eversource late Saturday, on the fifth day of widespread power outages statewide in the wake of Tropical Storm Isaias. The storm took down trees and power lines and cut electricity to about 1 million customers, 875,000 of those being Eversource customers and the rest served by United Illuminating.
