Power restored to hundreds in Haverhill

Mar. 19—HAVERHILL — As of 10:20 a.m. Friday, power was restored to most of those who lost electricity in the city, according to National Grid.

A spokesperson said a fallen tree branch caused the outage for 2,400 customers along South Main Street, or Route 125, around 8:48 a.m.

A smaller outage, of 67 customers downtown, was also mostly restored as of 10:20 a.m.
