Power restored for over 3,000 customers in Northeast Salem

Power has been restored in Northeast Salem after an outage Tuesday impacted over 3,000 Portland General Electric customers, according to PGE's outage map.

Power was restored around 2:25 p.m., said Marsha Sanchez, associate communications consultant for PGE. The outage was reported around 12:47 p.m. and impacted at least 3,410 customers.

It was not immediately clear what caused the outage.
