Practice yoga with puppies, solve a mystery at the library all this week

Oct. 16—ROCHESTER — How's your downward dog pose? Probably not as perfect as a puppy's. Forever Fido Rescue and Rehabilitation is teaming up with Rise Above Baking Co. for a free yoga with puppies event at The Workshop Food Hall and Bar.

People are invited to bring their mat to do some yoga and meet some of the puppies available for adoption through Forever Fido. Yoga will be led by Diane Gray even if some of the dogs are showing good form.

This is an event to introduce people to dogs up for adoption through Forever Fido, so organizers ask people to leave their family pooches at home. The event will be outdoors so people should dress for cool weather and for being around some furry friends.
