On Site Prayer Ministry holds vigil for homicide victim Zawondra Lee

SOUTH BEND — On Site Prayer Ministry will hold a vigil for Zawondra Lee at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 21 at the corner of Ardmore Trail and Woodbine Street.

Lee, 52, was shot and killed Dec. 10 at her home in the 3900 block of Ardmore Trail.

Lee’s mother, Shirley Lee, 68, has been charged with murder and voluntary manslaughter, along with a firearm enhancement, in her daughter’s death. The two had reportedly been living together for the past three months.
