A pregnant mom and her two young children are dead following a tragic three-car accident on a highway in Texas.

Brittany Nicole Counts, 25, died shortly before 1 p.m. Monday alongside her 7-year-old son Wyatt Mask and 4-year-old daughter Preslee Mask, the Tarrant County Medical Examiner confirmed.

A preliminary investigation found the Springtown mom “failed to control her speed” on Highway 199 just outside Forth Worth when the truck in front of her slowed down to make a turn, the Texas Department of Public Safety said in a statement.

Counts “took evasive action, moving to the left to try and avoid” the 2017 GMC pickup in her path but ended up hitting the vehicle with her 2007 Ford Edge, authorities said.

Her vehicle then spun “clockwise into the westbound lane of traffic” and was struck by a 2016 Ford F-150 pickup, officials said.

The collision killed the young mom and her two children at the scene and injured the F-150 driver, who was hospitalized, authorities said.

Counts’ devastated fiancé Dillon Latta posted a remembrance photo on Facebook, revealing the couple was expecting a baby daughter together in the Spring.

He called Counts the “love of my life.”

“Our baby girl was due in May... God please help me through this I don’t know what to do,” he said.

A Facebook fundraiser set up by Latta’s brother-in-law Stephen Winkler raised $25,600 for funeral expenses.

“Today was a tragic day for our family,” Winkler wrote online. “My brother in law Dillon Latta lost his fiance Brittany Counts, his unborn daughter Paislee Denise Latta, and his 7 year old step son Wyatt Mask and 4 year old step daughter Preslee Mask in a tragic car accident in Springtown Tx.”
