Premier Throwdown: Thirty-nine fastpitch softball teams set to play this weekend at Koch Complex

Thirty-nine girls teams are slated to play Saturday and Sunday in the Watertown Fastpitch Softball Association's Premier Throwdown tournament at Koch Complex. Games start at 8 a.m. each day.

Five Watertown teams are among the 39 scheduled to play Saturday and Sunday in the Watertown Fastpitch Softball Association's Premier Throwdown Tournament at Koch Complex.

Teams will play pool-play games Saturday and early Sunday before being placed in single-elimination brackets.

The tourney field includes seven 10-and-under teams and eight teams apiece in the 12-and-under, 14-and-under, 16-and-under and 18-and-under divisions.

Watertown teams playing this weekend include VanLaecken Orthodontics, 10-and-under; Premier Force, 12-and-under; Raging Thunder and Wildfire, 14-and-under; and Watertown Impact, 16-and-under.

Here are the tourney pairings:

10-and-Under
