Prep Boys Tennis Roundup: Doubles propel Litchfield past New London-Spicer

May 14—NEW LONDON — Litchfield swept the doubles and won three of four singles matches to beat New London-Spicer.

"Litchfield is a strong team that is well-coached and has good depth," NLS head coach Chad Schmiesing said. "Our goal was to improve our score at each position from the first time we played the Dragons. We did that in almost every position."

Litchfield's Alex Draeger beat Diego Rojas 6-1, 6-2 at No. 1 singles.
