Prep Roundup: Lenawee Christian girls golf claims third-straight IGL title
JACKSON — After sweeping in the jamboree season, Lenawee Christian put a bow on its third-straight Independent Golf League title on Tuesday.
The Cougars shot a team score of 347 to win the championship meet at Lakeland Hills Golf Club. Columbia Central took second with a score of 383 followed by Clinton (425), Concord (481), Hillsdale (510), Hudson (539), Madison (586) and Onsted (590).

Blissfield Early Bird
BLISSFIELD — The Tecumseh boys and Onsted girls took the top spots at the Blissfield Early Bird Invitational at Gerber Hill Park.
Once again, Emmry Ross and Kara Terakedis led the pack for Onsted as they took first and second respectively as the Wildcats scored 31 points to top the host Royals (37), Dundee (97), Sand Creek (103), Whiteford (117) and Erie Mason (129).
On the boys side, Tecumseh posted a team score of 67 to edge out Madison (71), Erie Mason (73), Dundee (94), Whiteford (102), Onsted (109), Blissfield (194) and Sand Creek (207).

Addison Cascades Tri-meet
ADDISON — The Panthers hosted East Jackson and Hanover Horton in a Cascades Conference tri-meet.
Addison took third in the boys meet and only Hanover Horton had enough runners to score as a team in the girls race.
Stephanie Hernandez won the girls race for Addison while the boys team had a team score of 69 behind Hanover Horton (20) and East Jackson (48).
