Prep Roundup: McEachern sweeps pair from Osborne, Marietta

Nov. 9—Amber Kirkpatrick threw a combined seven touchdown passes as McEachern's flag football team posted wins over Osborne and Marietta on Monday.

The Lady Indians defeated the Lady Cardinals 27-0 in the opener.

Kirkpatrick completed 16 of 22 passes for 165 yards and four touchdowns, while Kye Giddes caught five passes for 44 yards and a touchdown. Autumn Kirkpatrick caught four balls for 49 yards and a score, and Keile Saylors had six receptions for 37 yards and two touchdowns.

Aariyah Thompson led the defensive effort with a pair of interceptions.

McEachern then shut out Marietta 20-0.

Amber Kirkpatrick went 21-of-32 for 193 yards and three touchdowns. Giddens had eight catches for 68 yards and two touchdowns, Autumn Kirkpatrick had four receptions for 45 yards, and Saylors caught four balls for 21 yards and a score.

McEachern (12-0) will face North Paulding on Saturday.
