Prescription Center

to open July 6

A grand opening will be held July 6 for the Prescription Center's new location at 329 Cherry St., pharmacist Michael Ruane II said. The store is inside the Scranton Counseling Center's new location.

The pharmacy will be open to counseling center patients and the general public. The business also has a full-time Spanish-speaking employee to help customers interact with a pharmacist.

The pharmacy also has a location at 310 Adams Ave., which will remain open.
