A report from Politico reveals the President has removed the federal watchdog who was appointed to oversee the implementation of the stimulus plan. Yahoo Finance's Julie Hyman shares the details.

JULIE HYMAN: And just wanted to bring you some breaking news. This is a report from "Politico" that the president has now removed the federal watchdog who had been appointed to oversee the implementation of the stimulus plan, the outpouring of that money, the $2 trillion stimulus plan. The watchdog was a very important part of that measure, and now he has removed that gentleman who was Glenn Fine, the acting Pentagon watchdog. He has instead named an EPA inspector general to serve as the temporary Pentagon watchdog, which now throws this process, I guess, into question. So unclear who the new watchdog will be.
