After taking a weeklong vacation in Rehoboth Beach last week, President Joe Biden returned Friday evening for a weekend stay.

Biden's had a busy week traveling to Arizona, New Mexico and Utah. He hosted the Houston Astros at the White House, announced a new national monument near the Grand Canyon and attended campaign fundraisers. Now, apparently, he's ready for some R&R at his North Shores home.

The Federal Aviation Administration flight restrictions for the Rehoboth Beach area began at 6:30 p.m. Friday. Biden arrived at Gordons Pond State Park aboard the Marine One helicopter. His trip originated from the White House.

In the past, the president has attended Mass at St. Edmond's Roman Catholic Church in Rehoboth on Saturday evenings. He often bikes on the Gordon's Pond trail and has occasionally spent time under an umbrella on the private North Shores beach.

While on vacation last week, he and wife Jill Biden ventured out to eat at Matt's Fish Camp in Lewes and saw "Oppenheimer" at the Movies at Midway.
