Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted the success of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kharkiv and Kherson regions.

"The Armed Forces of Ukraine are rebuffing the aggressors’ pressure in Zaporizhzhia Oblast. The key front line is at Huliaipole and Orikhiv."

Details: Volodymyr Zelensky stressed that Ukrainian military personnel "remain masters of the frontline situation, despite the fact that the Russian army still has a significant advantage in military equipment and numbers."

Background: on 30 May, the General Staff reported that the Ukrainian troops forced the aggressors to withdraw from the village of Mykolaivka, Kherson Oblast.
On 29 May, the Head of the Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration informed Volodymyr Zelenskyy that 31% of Kharkiv Oblast currently remained under Russian occupation, while 5% of its territory had been liberated from the Russian invaders.
