This week’s Price Point looks at homes that sold recently for around $185,000 and found choices in Durham, Northeast Raleigh and North Raleigh. In terms of bang for buck, the best is saved for last: a 1968 manufactured home on a basement foundation, offering a whopping 2,127 square feet of space.
